Online technology
Thanks to consultation projects and direct interaction with managers we have found out that there is no effective tool in the market to support their proposals. Complicated administration prevents new practices from being implemented and managers are troubled by the complexities of evaluating, sharing, and maintaining of new procedures and their unified forms. That is why we have listened to their wishes and contrived tailor-made tools as individual modules. At the same time we interconnect the individual tools with each other and project into them the principles of the excellence model, the international certification that we awarded in the autumn of 2018.
Project GATE
This unique project was created in cooperation with the Career Center of VŠB-TU Ostrava and helps to improve company HR management and employees aptitude.
The project includes a series of consecutive modules, starting with a thorough evaluation - selecting suitable candidates for the project, a follow-up development module and profiling into a specific direction and development area - specialization. The Academy is built so that students absorb the know-how, try and use it in real-world market situations. This will create an elite group of people for whom there is a concrete application already at the start of the project. They will be prepared directly for specific clients, or they will be profiled into specialists who will be employed according to the chosen direction.
HR relationship services
Based on unique technology and SW environment that can be modelled variously we are able to map informal company structures according to unique formulas. This mapping helps managers choose appropriate communication tactics and use the right processes to accelerate and improve change implementation. Thanks to different preview options, key bussines areas and team relationship can be compared.
